Rajasthan's Highest Waterfall: A paradise hidden between two borders! 'Bheel Beri' is the Meghalaya of Rajasthan..

As soon as the heavy rains begin, everyone’s heart yearns to escape to the mountains, lush greenery, and cascading waterfalls. If you are planning a trip this monsoon season, a priceless natural treasure awaits you near Rajasthan's Pali district—a sight so stunning you won't be able to resist it. Yes, we are talking about the renowned 'Bheel Beri Waterfall' of Marwar! When the water plunges from an astonishing height of approximately 182 feet, resembling a stream of milky-white liquid, the scenery looks nothing short of paradise.

Nestled in the valleys of the Aravalli range, this beautiful tourist spot is located just 10 kilometers from Goram Ghat. With the monsoon season approaching, the waterfall at Bheel Beri—situated on the border of the Marwar and Mewar regions—is set to come alive soon. Once it starts flowing, it continues uninterrupted for about two months. The waterfall is located approximately five kilometers from Karmal Chauraha in the Siriyari police station area. Although the Forest Department has included this region in the Todgarh-Raoli Sanctuary (part of Rajsamand district), the Bheel Beri waterfall itself falls under the jurisdiction of the Bhagoda Gram Panchayat in Pali district.

Tourists begin flocking here in July; an entry ticket costing ₹85 is required. Bheel Beri is the tallest waterfall in Rajasthan and is often referred to as the 'Dudhsagar of Rajasthan.' To reach it, one travels by road from Marwar Junction via Ranawas to Karmal Chauraha, and then proceeds five kilometers along the Kamli Ghat Road. The Forest Department has established a checkpoint here and installed a gate to control access to the forest trail. The site is reached via a rugged, winding path through the forest and hills. Nestled amidst nature, the location bears a striking resemblance to the famous Dudhsagar Falls featured in the movie *Chennai Express*. Visiting this place gives you the feel of Uttarakhand; indeed, Bheel Beri is often referred to as the "Meghalaya of Rajasthan."

**Special tours organized by the Forest Department**
Every year, the Udaipur Forest Department organizes special tours to visit this waterfall, guiding visitors through the area. The department also offers special packages for domestic and international tourists, covering amenities such as meals and accommodation. Goram Ghat is located approximately 5 to 6 hours away from Udaipur, the "City of Lakes." However, there is no direct train from Udaipur to Goram Ghat; to reach the site, one must first travel from Udaipur to the Marwar Junction railway station in the Pali district.
