Recipe for Watermelon Panna: If you drink mango panna every time in the summer season, then this time make it with watermelon. It may sound strange but its panna is very tasty. Ingredients to make Watermelon Panna:
1 watermelon
1 teaspoon roasted cumin
2 green chilies
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Black salt to taste
4-5 mint leaves
Method of making Watermelon Panna: First of all, cut the watermelon and make round pieces. Now fry those cut watermelon pieces on the gas. When these pieces are heated well, cut them into small pieces with the help of a knife. Now put these pieces in a mixer jar. Add brown sugar, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, mint leaves, black pepper, red chili powder, and lemon juice to it. Grind this mixture well. Later, filter this drink in a vessel with the help of a sieve. Now serve it in a glass with ice. You can also cool it by keeping it in the fridge.
