Ingredients for Paneer Tikka:
250 grams fresh paneer (cut into cubes)
½ cup thick yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard oil
Salt to taste

Method for making Paneer Tikka on a pan:
First, cut 250 grams of paneer into cubes. Now, take thick yogurt in a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt.

Add a little mustard oil to this mixture and whisk well. Now, add the paneer pieces and mix gently. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
