Spinach Pakoda: Make crispy spinach pakodas with evening tea, the taste is such that everyone will praise it...

Spinach fritters are not only delicious but also a healthy option when made in an air fryer. Spinach is rich in iron and vitamins. When combined with gram flour and spices, their crunchy texture is loved by everyone, from children to adults. The best part about making them is that you don't need a lot of ingredients; they can be prepared with common kitchen ingredients. Let's find out.

Ingredients for Spinach Pakodas
Spinach: 1 bunch (wash and chop thoroughly)
Gram flour: 1 cup
Rice flour: 2 tablespoons (this is necessary for crispy pakodas)
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
Green chilies: 1-2 (finely chopped)
Spices: Salt (to taste), turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder
Oil: for frying

Method for Spinach Pakodas
First, take the chopped spinach in a large bowl. Add the gram flour and rice flour.

Next, add the ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and all the spices (salt, turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder).

Now, add a little water and mix well. Make sure the batter is not too thin; it should remain thick so that it sticks well to the spinach.

Now, heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is medium hot, form small dumplings from the mixture and slowly drop them into the oil.

Fry them over medium heat until golden and crispy. Drain the dumplings on a napkin to drain off any excess oil.

Your crispy spinach dumplings are ready. Serve them immediately, hot, with your favorite green chutney or tomato sauce.
