Today we will tell you the recipe for barfi made from roasted gram, which can be easily prepared at home. Ingredients

Roasted gram - 350 grams
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 1 liter
Sugar powder - 250 grams
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder
Almond pistachio pieces

Recipe

- First of all, grind the roasted gram coarsely with the help of a rolling pin to remove its peel and then separate the peel from the gram.

- Now in the next step, put one tablespoon of ghee in a pan and when the ghee melts, add the roasted gram to it. Now fry the gram well on low flame till it becomes golden.

- When the gram is well roasted, add one cup of milk to it and fry again on low flame. The gram should be cooked well in the milk. Now turn off the gas.

- When the gram cools down, put it in a mixer jar and add half a cup of milk to it. Now grind it well. After grinding, take out the mixture in a vessel.

- Now turn on the gas and place a pan, add one spoon of ghee in it, and then pour the chickpea mixture in it. Now add sugar powder to it and mix well and fry.

- Then add cardamom powder. When the mixture is cooked well, turn off the gas. Now keep this mixture in a plate or tray to freeze.

- Add almond and pistachio pieces on top. Keep it aside for 3 to 4 hours to freeze. Then cut it like barfi.
