Ragi flour - 1 cup

Curd - 3/4 cup

Green vegetables - 3/4 cup

Seasoning

Lukewarm water - 1/4 cup

Method

- First of all, put ragi flour in a bowl. Now add curd to it and mix it well.

- You can finely chop your favorite vegetables and add them to it and mix.

- You can add onion, capsicum, peas, carrot, coriander leaves etc. to it.

- Now add some lukewarm water to it and prepare a paste-like cheela or uttapam.

- Now put the pan on the gas and heat it well. Add some oil or ghee.

- Now pour the ragi solution in the pan. Turn it on both sides and bake it well. Ragi cheela is ready.
