Ingredients
200 grams of pumpkin
Water or vegetable broth
2-3 garlic cloves
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
100 ml low-fat cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Method
First, heat the oil in a pan.

- Add garlic and pumpkin, and fry until they smell good.
- Once the pumpkin is cooked well, set it aside to cool.
- Now, put the pumpkin in a mixer and mash it well, and keep it aside.
- Finally, put it in a blender and prepare a fine paste.
- Now add water to it, but do not dilute it too much.
- Then pour the soup into a pan, bring it to a boil, and when serving, sprinkle black pepper on top.
- If you want, you can also garnish it with green coriander. This will enhance its taste.
