Paneer Shahi Kheer Recipe
Ingredients:
Full-cream milk – 1 liter
Fresh paneer – 200 grams (grated)
Sugar – 1/2 cup (to taste)
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Saffron – a few strands (optional)
Almonds, pistachios, and cashews – finely chopped
Desi ghee – 1 teaspoon (for roasting the dried fruits)

Method:
Boil the milk
Pour the milk into a deep saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat.

Add the paneer
Slowly add the grated paneer to the milk. Stir constantly to avoid lumps.

Thicken
Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes until the milk thickens and the cheese is well combined.

Add sugar and cardamom.
Now add sugar and cardamom powder. If you want to add saffron, add it at this time.
Fry and mix dry fruits.
Heat ghee in a pan and lightly fry the dry fruits. Then add it to the kheer.

Garnish and serve
Place the kheer in a bowl and garnish it with dried fruits. It can be served hot or cold.
