Momo, the famous dish of Nepal, is liked a lot here. It is a favorite of children. If you want to make snacks or prepare a starter for a party, you can prepare momos at home. If you want to add a desi tadka to momos and also want to enhance their taste, then you can try paneer momos. Anyway, paneer is one such thing that wins the hearts of most people. In such a situation, this spicy dish will be a great accompaniment. Eat them hot with sauce.

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
150 grams paneer (mashed)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon grated cabbage
1 teaspoon grated carrot
1 tablespoon capsicum
1 finely chopped tomato
2 teaspoon butter
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
Salt to taste
Method
- Take all-purpose flour in a bowl mix oil, baking powder, and salt in it, and knead it like dough.
- Leave the dough for about an hour. For stuffing, heat butter in a pan on medium flame.
- Add onion, green chilies, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato, sauce, salt, and black pepper powder mix well, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer and fry for 5 minutes and let the mixture cool.

- Divide the kneaded dough into portions and roll them into thin puris.
- Place a spoonful of stuffing on these puris and fold them like momos.
- Steam these momos. You can also deep fry them if you want.
