Ingredients

1 cup oats
1 cup chopped almonds, walnuts, and cashews
1 cup grated coconut
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
2-3 raisins
2 teaspoons melon seeds
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 cups grated jaggery
1-2 teaspoons ghee

Recipe

- First, soak the poppy seeds in water and grind them after about an hour. Then, take a pan, add the dried fruits, and roast them.
- Keep the flame very low while roasting. Avoid using too much oil. Once roasted, remove them to a plate and let them cool.
- Now, heat some ghee in a pan, add the oats, and fry them over low heat. After lightly roasting, transfer the oats to a plate and let them cool.
- Then, add a little ghee to the pan, roast the ground poppy seeds, and transfer them to a plate.

- Now add grated coconut and all the dry fruits to the roasted oats and grind them finely in a mixer.
- Grate the jaggery. After this, mix the powdered material, roasted poppy seeds, melon seeds, and cardamom powder well.
- After all the ingredients are mixed well, apply a little ghee on your palms and prepare laddus by giving the mixture round shapes equal to the size of a lemon.
- If the laddus are falling apart, you can put the entire mixture in a pan and heat it slightly. After that, give them the shape of laddus.
