Most people in our country are fond of tea. Many sip tea from morning till night, just waiting for an opportunity. Tea also has many varieties, each capturing hearts with its unique and special flavor. While you may have had many types of tea, have you ever tasted Noon Chai or Kashmiri Pink Chai? If not, you can prepare it at home using this simple recipe. It can be made with just a few ingredients. It is considered very good to consume in winter. Its nature is quite warm, so it should not be consumed more than 1-2 times a day. It will prove to be an excellent choice for tea lovers. Once you get a taste of it, you will always crave it.

Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 cups water
2 crushed cardamoms
2 teaspoons Kashmiri green tea or green tea
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- First, bring a cup of water to a boil in a pan on the stove.
- Once it boils, add the tea leaves and boil for 1 minute.

- Then, add the baking soda and cook, stirring constantly, for 10 seconds.
- Then, add another cup of water and add the cardamom powder.
- Boil until the tea turns red. Then, reduce the heat and add the milk.
- Keep stirring. While stirring, observe that the tea gradually turns pink.
- Now, let the tea boil 1-2 times. This way, the Noon Chai, or pink tea, will be ready.
