Momo Recipe: There is hardly anyone who does not have a craze for eating momos these days. There was a time when there were golgappa and samosa shops in every street and locality in the market, but today along with these two things, there is another shop which is a momos shop. In a short time, momos have made a special place in the hearts of the people.

From children to adults, everyone eats momos. Earlier, these were available only after steaming, but now with changing times, many other momos like tandoori momos, Afghani momos, pizza momos are available in the market. In the summer season, people avoid eating momos made in the market. If you are also a fan of momos, then we are going to tell you an easy method of making momos here. You can prepare its filling according to your choice.
Ingredients for making momos
Flour – 1 cup
Salt – according to taste
Oil – 1 tsp (for rolling momos)
Vegetables (cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Black pepper – according to taste
Method
To make momos, first of all add some salt to the flour and knead a soft dough with water and keep it covered for 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind that this flour should not be kneaded too tight.
After kneading the flour, keep it aside and then now it is the turn to prepare its filling. For this, fry the vegetables a little in oil, add ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper and soya sauce to it. Mix everything well and fry a little. There is no need to melt it completely.
Now roll small balls of flour, fill the stuffing in it, and give it the shape of momos. You can give it your favorite shape. If you have a steamer, fill its bottom surface with water and place plates filled with momos on top. Let it steam for 15 minutes and then they are ready.

If you do not have a steamer, then pour some water in a deep pan and then place a sieve on top and put a banana leaf or oiled plate in it. Place the momos in it and cover it with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. These momos made without a steamer will not be any less tasty than the market ones.
