Many people like cheela very much. Their mouth starts watering as soon as they hear its name. Usually, people make gram flour cheela at home. If you are conscious about health along with taste, then you can try mixed dal cheela. The batter of cheela is prepared by mixing two or more pulses. This is a perfect breakfast recipe. Everyone will be happy after getting such a wonderful dish early in the morning. It is also a hit as a snack. It can be prepared very easily. Children also like its taste very much. Ingredients

Green moong dal – 1/4 cup
Yellow moong dal – 1/4 cup
Urad dal – 2-3 tbsp
Chana dal – 2 tbsp
Ginger-green chilli paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinches
Chopped coriander – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – as per requirement
Salt – as per taste

Recipe

- First of all clean all the pulses thoroughly and wash them twice with water. After this, pour hot water in a deep bowl.

- Put green moong, yellow moong, urad, and chana dal in it and soak them for 1 hour. During this time, cover the vessel as well.

- After the stipulated time, remove the excess water from the pulses and grind the pulses with the help of a mixer to prepare a smooth paste.

- Put the paste in a deep bottom vessel and add ginger-green chili paste, finely chopped coriander, turmeric, red chili, asafoetida, and salt mix everything and whisk the paste.

- Now heat a non-stick pan. After the pan is heated, put some oil on it and spread it all around.

- After this, take the batter of cheela in a bowl put it in the middle of the pan, and spread it in a circular motion. After spreading the cheela completely on the pan, fry it for some time.

- After some time, put some oil on the edges of the cheela flip the cheela, and apply some oil on the other side. Fry the cheela on both sides till it becomes light golden.

- After this, take the cheela out on a plate. Similarly, prepare mixed dal cheela one by one with the help of all the batter.
