Ingredients of Mango Ice Cream
Two large ripe sweet mangoes
One cup of condensed milk
One cup full cream
Two to three teaspoons of sugar
Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder
Two teaspoons chopped dry fruits.
Method of Making Mango Ice Cream
Peel the ripe mangoes and take out the pulp. Now put mango pulp and sugar in the mixer and make a smooth paste. Keep in mind that if the mango is sweet then add less sugar.
Take cold full cream in a large bowl and beat it a little so that it becomes a little fluffy. It does not have to be beaten too much.
Add mango pulp, condensed milk and cardamom powder to the whipped cream and mix slowly. If you want, you can also add chopped dry fruits to it.

If you do not have condensed milk, then you can add half a cup of sugar to three-fourths cup of milk.
Now put this mixture in an airtight container or steel box and cover it. Keep it in the freezer for about seven to eight hours or overnight.
The ice cream will set well overnight. Later, take out the ice cream with a scoop and serve. You can garnish it with chopped mango, dry fruits, or chocolate chips.
