Hot stuffed bitter gourd with dal rice is very tasty in summer. Stuffed bitter gourd can also be eaten with parathas. Today you can make stuffed bitter gourd for dinner. However, the natural taste of bitter gourd is bitter, so if it is not prepared specially, that bitterness remains in the bitter gourd. Here an easy and tasty stuffed bitter gourd recipe is being shared for you, which will not even feel bitter after eating.

Ingredients to make delicious stuffed bitter gourd
Five medium size bitter gourd
Three tablespoons oil (for frying and adding to the masala)
One tablespoon of ground fennel
One teaspoon of coriander powder
One teaspoon whole fennel
One tablespoon dry mango powder
One teaspoon of red chili powder
One teaspoon turmeric
One teaspoon of garam masala
One teaspoon cumin seeds
Two tablespoons gram flour
Salt to taste
A simple method to make stuffed bitter gourd
Step 1- First of all wash the bitter gourd thoroughly and cut both ends.
Step 2- Then peel it lightly and make a slit in the middle and remove the seeds.
Step 3- Apply salt on the bitter gourd and keep it aside for half an hour.
Step 4- After half an hour, squeeze out the water from the bitter gourd, this reduces the bitterness to a great extent.
Make the stuffing masala for bitter gourd.
Step 1- Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan.
Step 2- Add cumin seeds, and whole fennel seeds and fry lightly.
Step 3- Now add gram flour and fry till light golden.
Step 4- Then add ground fennel seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, dry mango powder, garam masala and salt as per taste and fry well.
Step 5- Let the masala cool down and then add one spoon of mustard oil to it.

Method of making stuffed bitter gourd
Step 1- Fill the prepared masala in the part of the bitter gourd where the slit is made. Close the bitter gourd properly so that the masala does not come out too much.
Step 2- Now heat two spoons of oil in a pan and fry the stuffed bitter gourds on medium flame till golden from all sides.
Step 3- Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes so that the bitter gourd becomes soft well. Keep turning the bitter gourds in between.
Step 4- Turn off the gas and serve hot stuffed bitter gourd.
