Ingredients for making dhokla

Gram flour - 1 cup

Curd - 1/2 cup

Salt - according to taste

Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Eno - for raising yeast

Method of making dhokla

To make dhokla without yeast, first sieve the gram flour. After this, make a smooth batter by adding gram flour, curd, salt, and some water in a bowl.

Keep in mind that this batter of dhokla should not be too thick. Cover it and keep it like this for 2 hours. When the dhokla is to be prepared, now add lemon juice and Eno to the batter. As soon as the foam rises, mix it well immediately. Mix it well and prepare to put it in the steamer.

For this, apply a little oil to the mold of the steamer and then pour the batter into it. Now let it cook.
