Ingredients
250 grams of flour
1 tablespoon ghee
50 grams powdered sugar
1 teaspoon powdered cardamom powder
1 small bowl of finely chopped nuts
2 liters of full-cream milk
2 teaspoons sugar
Saffron threads
1 teaspoon almond and pistachio slivers
Recipe
- First, fry the flour in ghee until it turns pink.
- Then, add sugar and a glass of water and prepare a thick pudding.

- Boil the milk with sugar and saffron threads until it reduces by half, then let it cool.
- Now, take a tablespoon of pudding and spread it on your palm.
- Place a teaspoon of nuts inside it, seal it around the edges, and flatten it slightly with your hand.
- Apply a teaspoon of ghee to a hot pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Add these to the hot prepared rabri.
- Garnish with pistachio slivers and almonds and serve.
