Ingredients:

Bread – 810 slices

Potatoes – 34 (boiled)

Onion – 1 (finely chopped)

Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Red chili powder – ½ tsp

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Cumin powder – ½ tsp

Dry mango powder – ½ tsp

Salt – according to taste

Oil – for frying

Method:

First of all, mash the boiled potatoes well.

Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it.

Now add chopped onion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly.

Then add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and salt and mix.

Now add mashed potato mix well and cook for 20 minutes.

After this turn off the gas and add coriander leaves and let it cool.

Make the edges of the bread slices soft by wetting them slightly.

Now place a bread slice on a rolling board and flatten it with a rolling pin.

Put the prepared potato in the middle and close it from all sides.

With the help of the palm, give it a round shape and press lightly. Prepare all the bread patties in the same way.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread patties on medium flame till they turn golden.

If you want to make it in less oil, then you can grill it by applying light oil on a sandwich maker or tawa.

Serve hot bread patties with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
