Ingredients for Crispy Corn
1 cup boiled sweet corn
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon flour
Salt to taste
Red chili powder, chaat masala, lemon juice
Finely chopped onion, coriander leaves

Method
Crispy corn is delicious only when prepared correctly. First, boil the sweet corn. To boil the corn, first add a little salt to a pan and add the corn.
Once it's boiled, dry the boiled corn with a cloth and place it in a bowl. Once the water has completely evaporated, add cornflour, flour, and a little salt to lightly coat the corn.
Now it's time to fry the corn. Heat oil in a pan and fry the corn until golden brown. Once golden brown, drain on a tissue paper to drain off any excess oil.

Add red chili powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, onion, and coriander leaves and mix well. Finally, serve immediately. If you delay serving, it may become soggy. Softening will alter its flavor.
