Ingredients
1 cup chickpea lentils
2 boiled potatoes
1 finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons coriander leaves
2-3 chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 inch of finely chopped ginger
Salt to taste
1 cup oil for frying

Recipe
- Wash the chickpea lentils and boil them in a cup of water. When the lentils are soft, turn off the heat.
- Put the lentils in a mixer and grind them without water. Now boil the potatoes. Boil them and mash them.

- Then add onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, turmeric powder, chaat masala, garam masala, ginger, and salt, and make a paste.
- Add the ground lentils to the mixture. Now take a small portion and form it into tikkis.
- Prepare all the tikkis one by one in the same manner. Once the tikkis are ready, coat them in breadcrumbs and fry them over medium heat.
When the tikkis are browned on both sides, remove them. The chana dal tikkis are ready. Serve with green chutney.
