Children are very fond of spicy things. It is believed that this is a good option to make them happy. Anyway, the biggest problem in homes is what to make such a thing that will entertain the children. It has been seen that they like donuts a lot. In such a situation, different varieties of it are brought from the market for them. Have you ever fed your children donuts prepared from potatoes and semolina? If not, then definitely try it once. We believe that this dish will win their hearts. This recipe is easy to make and can be made very quickly at home with less ingredients. Serve hot donuts with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Ingredients
Medium-sized boiled potatoes – 3-4
Semolina – 1 cup
Flour – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chilies – 1-2
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Oil – for frying
Recipe
- First of all, peel the boiled potatoes well and mash it, so that there are no lumps in it.
- After this, make a thick paste by mixing semolina, curd, and a little water in a large vessel. Keep it for 10-15 minutes, so that the semolina swells.
- Now add green chillies, ginger paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and chopped coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes.

- Now add semolina paste to it and mix it well. Make small balls from this mixture and flatten them lightly.
- Then make a hole in the middle with your finger so that they look like donuts.
- After this, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the prepared donuts till they become golden and crispy.
- Keep in mind that the oil should not be too hot, otherwise the donuts may remain raw from inside. Potato and semolina donuts are ready.
