What to make every morning is a common question in every household. You cannot eat heavy and oily food every time. So, today we are going to tell you a light recipe that you can make easily and quickly. Yes, we are talking about Poha. You will find it tasty to eat and will also find it tasty. So let's note its recipe,

Ingredients:
Thick Poha - 2 cups
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Green chilli - 1-2 finely chopped
Curry leaves - 8-10
Onion - 1 medium (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Peanuts - 2 tbsp roasted
Sugar - ½ tsp
Method of preparation:
Soak the Poha but do not make it wet.
Put the Poha in a sieve and wash it with water gently.
Leave it like this for 5-10 minutes, it will swell on its own.
Take care that the Poha does not absorb too much water, only then it will become fluffy.
Prepare the Tadka
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.
Add onion and fry till it turns light pink.
Add masala and add poha.
Add turmeric and salt.
Now add dry poha and mix slowly so that it doesn't break.
If you want, you can add sugar for a little sweetness.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Keep the flame low, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes so that the flavours mix well.
Top with lemon and coriander.

Turn off the flame, add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix.
Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top, you will get both taste and crunch.
