Ingredients

Bread – 1 packet
Milk – 2 liters
Coconut powder – 3 tsp
Kewda perfume – 1 tsp
Rose water – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Almonds – 10
Cardamom – 3
Milk powder – as per requirement

Recipe

- First of all, take bread and cut its edges. After this, roll the bread on a rolling board like a roti.

- Now put milk in a big vessel and keep it on low flame for heating. Also, add cardamom to the milk.

- Heat the milk till it thickens. Now add one spoon of sugar and rose water to the milk.

- After this, add kewda perfume and keep the milk which has become mawa cool.

- Now take another vessel put some milk and milk powder in it and prepare a thick paste of both.

- We will use it as a cream. Now take a piece of bread and place it on a plate and brush cardamom milk on both sides.

- Then put a spoonful of mawa in it cover it from the other corner and press it lightly. In this way prepare Gilori from all the bread.

- Put them in a tray and pour the prepared thick cream on it. Now keep it in the fridge for half an hour to cool. Malai Gilori is ready
