As we all know, if you want to stay healthy for a long time along with avoiding diseases, then definitely include apples in the diet. Doctors also say that eating an apple daily is beneficial. Apple is a storehouse of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Apple jam should be eaten in summer. There are only benefits from its consumption. It cools the stomach and digestion is also good. Although it is also available in the market, this dish prepared at home is something else. It can also be easily made at home. If you have not tried such a tasty and healthy dish yet, then do not delay any more.

Ingredients
1 kg apples
1 kg sugar
2 lemons
Half a teaspoon cardamom powder
Method
- First of all wash and peel the apples. The color of the apples starts turning black as soon as they are cut, so immediately put them in water and leave them.
- Now take a vessel in which all the apples can fit and get immersed in water, and fill enough water in the vessel.
- When the water starts boiling, add all the peeled apples to it and cook until the apples become soft.
- Let it cook for about 15 minutes and then check once in between. If the apples have become soft, turn off the gas.
- Now take out the apples from the water and add sugar to the same water with which you have to prepare syrup. To make syrup, take 3-4 cups of water in 1 kg of sugar.

- When you feel that the sugar has dissolved in water, add apples to it and mix cardamom powder.
- To make murabba, make 2-string syrup. After adding apples, cook it until the syrup becomes thick like honey.
- Now turn off the gas and let the apples remain in the syrup for 2 days. Add lemon juice to the murabba and stir it 1-2 times a day.
- Delicious apple murabba is ready. You can keep it in the fridge and eat it for 2 months.
