Many people always want chutney with their meals. Chutneys are made from many ingredients, so it's easy to want a new flavor every time. Today, we'll introduce you to apple chutney. This chutney will definitely be a win-win for everyone in the family. This chutney goes well with parathas. It enhances the flavor of the meal.

Ingredients
4 medium-sized apples
1 tablespoon ghee
1 pinch cinnamon powder
3-4 cloves
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon jaggery
A pinch of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Salt to taste
Method
- First, peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
When the seeds crackle, add ginger. Fry for a few minutes, then add the apples.
Add chili flakes, cinnamon powder, ground black pepper, garam masala, and salt.

Add a good mix and cover the pan. Cook covered for at least 15 minutes, until the apples are soft.
Check occasionally and stir to prevent the apples from sticking to the bottom. Once soft, remove the lid.
Add vinegar and jaggery. Mix well and cook until the jaggery dissolves.
Turn off the heat. Let the chutney reach room temperature.
Store in an airtight container or glass jar.
