Ingredients

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Beans - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Corn - 1/4 cup (boiled)
Peas - 1/4 cup (boiled)
Green chili - 2 tsp (finely chopped)
Salt - according to taste
Chaat masala - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Paneer - 1/2 cup (grated)
Potato - 1 cup (boiled and mashed)
Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Fresh mint - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

Ingredients for coating

All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Bread crumbs - 1 ½ cups
Oil - for frying

Method

- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes.

- Add corn, carrot, cabbage, beans, peas, and green chilies and cook for 2-3 minutes.

- Now add salt, chaat masala, garam masala, and black pepper powder and mix well.

- Remove the pan from the gas and let the mixture cool down a bit.

- Add paneer, potato, coriander, mint, lemon juice, and bread crumbs and mix well.

- Then add all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well.

- Make a thick batter by adding some water. Take small patties from the veggie mixture and dip them in the flour batter.

- Coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve it hot with chutney.
