1. Jaggery-sesame paratha
Benefits:

Method of preparation:
Mix jaggery, sesame, a little ghee, and milk in wheat flour and knead soft dough.
Roll it and fry it in light ghee.
Pack it in the lunch box with turmeric milk or curd.

2. Vegetable Semolina Uttapam
Benefits:

Mix curd, finely chopped carrots, capsicum, tomatoes, and coriander in semolina.
