Correct method of making tea

We will help you so that you do not have any doubts while making tea. First of all, you have to boil water. For this, put 1 cup of water in a tea pan or pot and put it on the gas.

When the water becomes slightly warm, add grated ginger to it. During this time, you have to add crushed cardamom. Only if you add crushed cardamom, its fragrance will come. Now let it heat for 1 minute.

After this, when the fragrance of ginger starts coming, add tea leaves to it. Now boil the tea leaves in water like this for at least 2 to 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, add milk to it and wait for it to boil. Boil it for at least 4-5 minutes, so that its color becomes good.

When it boils, add sugar to it at the end. After adding sugar, just wait for it to boil once. As soon as it boils, turn off the gas and filter it through a sieve.

Why do we add ginger first?

After knowing this recipe, this question must have come to your mind: why do we add ginger first? So the answer to this is that when you first put ginger in water and boil it, its fragrance will dissolve well in water and tea leaves. In this case, the taste of ginger is better.
