Ingredients

2 cups skimmed milk

3 tablespoons soaked rice

5 strands of saffron

4 pistachios

3 teaspoons sugar-free powder

1/2 teaspoon green powder

Method

- First of all, boil the milk and keep it aside. After this, remove the rice from the water and grind it coarsely.

- Now soak the saffron in a teaspoon of milk. Blanch the pistachios peel them and cut them into small pieces.

- Then add the rice paste to the milk and keep stirring continuously. Add sugar-free and mix well.

- Add green cardamom powder, and saffron milk and mix. When the mixture starts thickening, remove it from the flame.

- Sugar-free kesari phirni is ready. Now decorate it with pistachios and keep it in the fridge to cool.
