Method

- First of all, peel the potatoes. Now cut the upper part of the potato and empty the upper surface with the help of a scooper.

- Hollow out all the potatoes you are making from the inside. After that, put them in clean water and leave them for some time.

- Now remove the potatoes from the water and wipe them well. After this, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame, and put the potatoes in it and fry them well.

- When the potatoes are fried well, take them out of the oil and keep them in a plate. Now fry the pulp of the potato taken out by scooping in oil as well, and keep it in a separate plate.

- Now, put 2 teaspoons of oil in a separate pan and fry chopped green chilies and ginger on medium flame. After this, add finely chopped cashews and raisins and fry them.

- After this, take it out and keep it in a separate plate. Now add grated cheese and scooped fried potatoes to this mixture and mash it well.

- Add salt, green coriander, and chaat masala to this mixture as per taste and mix it well. Now your stuffing is ready.

- Now take a fried potato and fill it with the prepared stuffing and press it well with the help of a spoon. After this, fill the stuffing into all the potatoes one by one.

- After this, put curd, ginger, gram flour, chili paste, red chili powder, turmeric, and other spices, and one tablespoon of oil in a vessel and mix it.

- After this, apply the marinade prepared from this mixture to the potato and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

- Now take another skewer and remove it from inside the potato, and put a slice of lemon and another potato on it and place it on the tray.
