Strawberries are a juicy and tasty fruit that is also extremely beneficial for health. This small fruit contains nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, folic acid, phosphorus, potassium, dietary fiber, antioxidants, and polyphenol compounds. They are used in many ways. They are especially popular as a shake. Most people prefer the thicker shakes available in the market, as homemade shakes are much thinner. We will show you how to prepare a thick strawberry shake. If you are a health fanatic, you can use honey or jaggery instead of sugar. You can also use toned milk instead of full cream.
