Ingredients

One and a half cups half half-boiled sprouted moong

1/2 cup finely chopped green onion

2 tsp finely chopped green chili

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

1/4 cup oat flour

Salt to taste

1/4 tsp oil

1/2 tsp chaat masala

Method

- Put the sprouted moong in the mixer and grind it coarsely.

- Now, put the sprouted moong mixture in a bowl and add all the other ingredients, and mix well.

- Divide this mixture into 12 equal parts and make round, flat tikkis from each part.

- Now heat a non-stick pan and take a quarter tsp of oil and apply it all around.

- Then put the tikkis on the pan and fry them on both sides till they become golden brown.

- Serve it hot with mint chutney and tea.
