This food includes everything from non-vegetarian food to onion-garlic. In such a situation, many people do not understand which vegetables can be made without onion-garlic. Due to this, we will tell you here how to make kadhai paneer without onion-garlic, so that you can easily make it and offer it to Bholenath.
Ingredients for making Kadai Paneer without Onion-Garlic
Paneer – 250 grams
Tomatoes – 3 medium
Capsicum – 1
Green chilli
Ginger
Curd – 2 tablespoons
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Kasuri methi – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Ghee or oil – 2 tablespoons
Method
Making Kadai Paneer without onion-garlic is quite easy. For this, first of all, put some ghee in a non-stick pan and lightly brown the pieces of paneer. Keep in mind that you have to keep it soft. If you make it too crispy, it will spoil the taste of the vegetable. After this, take it out and keep it on a plate.
Now it is time to prepare the gravy, so first of all, heat ghee in the pan. Then add green chillies and ginger to it. After this, add crushed tomatoes to the pan and fry for 6-7 minutes until they start leaving oil.

Keep stirring it continuously. When it starts leaving oil, add spices to it and fry for a minute. After frying the spices, add beaten curd and mix. Now comes the turn to add capsicum to it, so add it and let it cook in the gravy.
Finally, add pieces of paneer to it. Along with this, mash it with hands and add kasuri methi and garam masala. Now cook for 3 minutes so that all the flavors mix well. It is ready to serve.
