Many food items are made from Sattu, which is quite popular. Usually, people are seen enjoying Sattu Litti, Paratha and Sharbat. Have you ever tasted Sattu Laddu, if not then do not miss it now. This is a very good dish for summer. These are very tasty to eat. Along with this, they are also considered beneficial for health. They are rich in nutrients like carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and sodium. They help in weight loss. They are also effective in improving digestion and controlling blood pressure. Their consumption is also considered good for the skin and muscles. The recipe to make them is very easy and they are ready in minutes.

Ingredients
Sattu - 200 grams
Jaggery or powdered sugar - 150 grams
Ghee - 100 grams
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Dry fruits - 3-4 teaspoons
Method
- First of all, turn on the gas place a pan on it, and add ghee to it.
- Then when the ghee melts, put the sattu in the pan and keep frying it on low flame.
- When it turns golden and starts smelling, turn off the gas.
- Now keep the sattu aside to cool down and cut all the dry fruits and fry them too.
- Now mix dry fruits in the sattu. Also add powdered sugar and cardamom powder.

- Then mix the sattu well with a spoon and make laddus with the help of hands.
- If the laddus start breaking while making them, then you can use water on the palm.
- If you do not want to use powdered sugar, then you can make syrup, mix sattu in it and make laddus.
