Ginger-garlic paste- 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder- half teaspoon

Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon

Garam masala- half teaspoon

Red chili powder- half teaspoon

Salt- according to taste

Oil or ghee- 2 tablespoons

Green coriander- 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)

Bread slices- 4-6

Butter or ghee- as required

Mint chutney or tomato ketchup

Method:

First of all, heat oil or ghee in a pan.

Now add finely chopped onion in hot oil and fry till it becomes golden.

After this, add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Fry for 1-2 minutes until a good aroma comes out.

After this, add finely chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft.

Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, and mix well.

Fry the spices for 1 minute, and then add the grated paneer and salt to it.

Mix the paneer well with the spices and cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes. Do not cook for too long, otherwise the paneer will become hard.
