Sabudana Khichdi
If you are planning to make sago dishes, then the best option is Sabudana Khichdi. Firstly, it is very easy to make and secondly, it is also delicious to eat. It will take you less than 15 minutes to make it. If you want to make Sabudana Khichdi, then first of all soak the sago for at least 6-7 hours. When it puffs up and looks transparent, you can make khichdi from it.
Now to make it, first roast potatoes and peanuts in a pan. When they are roasted, add cumin seeds and green chilies in ghee. Now when it is roasted, add soaked sago to it and stir well. While stirring it, add rock salt, and black pepper and mix it. After mixing it properly, add green coriander on top and serve hot.
Sabudana Tikki
To make it, you will need soaked sago and boiled potatoes. To make it, first prepare a mixture by mixing boiled potatoes, green chilies, coriander, and rock salt. Now make small balls from this mixture and make tikkis. After making the tikkis, heat ghee on the pan and fry these tikkis in ghee. Fry them till they become golden and crispy so that they look delicious to eat.
Sabudana Vada
Just like sabudana tikki is fried in a pan, vada is fried in ghee. To make it, mix soaked sabudana, green chilies, coriander, and rock salt well with boiled potatoes. After mixing, make round vadas from it. Now fry it in ghee or peanut oil.
Sabudana Cheela
If you do not want to eat anything fried, then prepare sabudana cheela. To make it, grind the soaked sabudana coarsely. If you want, you can mash it by hand. Now prepare the mixture by adding some buckwheat flour, boiled potatoes, green chilies, coriander, and rock salt. Keep this mixture neither too thin nor too thick. Prepare sabudana cheela with this mixture on a non-stick pan. Fry it till it becomes golden on both sides.
Sabudana Kheer
To make this, you will need sago, milk, sugar, cardamom powder, raisins, and almonds. To make this, first, boil the soaked sago in milk.
