Ingredients

1 liter milk (full cream)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk (optional)
1/4 cup rose petals
10-12 finely chopped pistachios
10-12 finely chopped almonds
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Recipe

- Pour the milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
- Boil the milk until it reduces by half, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat and let the milk cool slightly.


- Once cooled, add the sugar, condensed milk, rose petals, pistachios, almonds, and cardamom powder to the milk.
- Mix the mixture well and transfer it to an airtight container.
- Place the container in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Once the kulfi has set, cut it out with a knife and serve.
