Ingredients for Making Rice Fare
Rice Flour
Salt
Oil
Mustard Seeds
Dried Chillies
Coriander
Method
To make rice fare, first, place rice flour in a bowl, add a little salt, and knead it into a soft dough using lukewarm water. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes to set.
Now, form thin, long balls of dough and gently roll them into the fare. Next, bring water to a boil in a large pot and add the prepared fare. The fare will float to the surface in about 10-12 minutes, indicating they are cooked.
Once they float, turn off the heat and let them cool. Add a little oil to a pan, temper with mustard seeds and dried chilies. After tempering, add the fare.

When they turn golden, add finely chopped coriander leaves, and finally, serve with chutney. Its taste doubles with green coriander chutney, garlic chutney, or sweet and sour pickle.
