Ingredients

Rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1 small bowl
Green chilli - 2
Water - 2 cups
Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
Salt - according to taste
Oil - 1 tablespoon

Method

- First of all, clean the rice with water. Soak it in water overnight.

- Now, drain the water in the morning and put the rice in the mixer and grind it well.

- Take out this paste in a bowl. Now add 2 cups of lukewarm water and mix well.

- Now finely chop onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves. Add them to the flour mixture and mix.

- You can add some other vegetables like tomato, carrot, capsicum, etc. as per your choice by chopping them finely.

- Now add salt to it. Do not make the mixture too thin. Place the pan on the gas and add oil to it.

- When it is well heated, add the rice flour mixture to it and spread it.

- Fry it by turning it over. Cover and cook on medium flame for a minute. Rice flour cheela is ready.
