whole cumin seeds – 1 tsp, bay leaf – 1, cinnamon – 1 big piece, green cardamom – 3, ginger chopped – 1/2 tsp, cloves – 4-5, black pepper – 1 tsp, kasuri methi – 1 tsp, oil – 2 tablespoons, salt – according to taste

Method to make Dhaba style paneer:<br />To make Dhaba style paneer, first cut the paneer into equal squares. Cut into shapes. Now take a bowl and add paneer pieces in it, add 2 pinches of turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and a little salt, and mix and let the paneer pieces marinate. Now heat 2 teaspoons of desi ghee in a pan. When the ghee melts, add the marinated paneer pieces to it and fry while stirring for 2 minutes. After this, take them out.

Now take another pan and heat 2 teaspoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of oil in it. After some time, add cumin seeds, cinnamon, crushed cardamom, and other whole spices and fry.
