Raw Mango Candy: Make and feed this dish to children instead of market products..

Today, we are talking about one such thing, which you may have remained untouched by. We are going to tell you about a raw mango candy dish. You can prepare this wonderful dish at home. Its sweet and sour taste is liked a lot. It is especially popular among children, and they eat it with relish. You can trust this instead of market chocolates and toffees. Ingredients
Raw mango (kairi) – 2
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Orange food colour – 2 drops (optional)
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Water – as per requirement
Recipe
- First of all, take mangoes and wash them with clean water, wipe them, and peel them with the help of a peeler.
- Now, cut the raw mango from the middle, take out its seed, and cut the pulp into small pieces. Now, put the raw mango pieces in the mixer jar.
- Add 1/4 cup water to it and grind and prepare the paste. After this, keep a sieve in a bowl and put the raw mango paste taken out from the jar in it and squeeze the juice.
- Now leave the mango juice like this for 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the upper layer of mango juice and separate it into a bowl.
- Now put half a cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a pan and heat it on the gas. Heat the sugar till it becomes uniform with water.
- After this, add the mango juice to the pan and mix it well.
- After cooking for some time, add roasted cumin powder, 2 drops of orange or green color and black salt in the mango juice and mix it with the help of a spoon.

- After this, cook the mixture for another 5 minutes so that the mixture becomes thick. After this, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
- Now take the candy mold and fill the prepared mixture in it and leave it for 15 minutes so that the candy can set well. After this, take out the candy. Raw mango candy is ready.
