Ingredients

4 raw bananas

2 tomatoes

1 finely chopped onion

2-3 green chillies

Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder

Half a teaspoon of ginger

1 teaspoon kasuri methi

2 tablespoons gram flour

Oil

Green coriander

Cumin

Garam masala powder

Salt

Method

- First of all, wash the raw bananas thoroughly and cut them into thick pieces. Now heat 1 cup of water in a pan or cooker and put these pieces in it.

- Now let it whistle once. Now, remove the lid of the pan or cooker and take out the banana pieces. Now, peel and mash these pieces.

- After this, mix gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, chopped green chillies, ginger paste, coriander, and garam masala in it and mix well.

- Apply some oil on the palm and make balls with the kofta mixture. Keep these koftas on a plate. Now, heat oil in a pan.

- Fry the koftas in oil. Take them out on a plate when they turn golden brown. Now, take a pan and pour oil in it, and add asafoetida-cumin seeds.

- Now, grind tomatoes and add them to it. After tomatoes are cooked, add turmeric, red chili powder, and some curd.

- After this add koftas in it. Sprinkle garam masala on top and add green coriander leaves. Serve it and eat with rotis.
