Delhi Style Ram Ladoo Recipe At Home: You must have heard about Ram Laddus sometime or the other. These Ram Laddus are mainly found in Delhi. It sounds like Ram Laddus would be a sweet, but it is not so. It is a type of snack, which is very much liked with tea.

Especially now, when it is the rainy season, the taste of Ram Laddus increases manifold. But everyone can't go to Delhi and eat Ram Laddus. Due to this, we will tell you the method of making Ram Laddus at home. So that you can prepare it at home with an easy method.
Ingredients required to make Ram Laddu
Moong dal – 1 cup
Chana dal – ¼ cup
Ginger – 1 small piece
Green chilli – 1-2
Salt – according to taste
Asafoetida – a pinch
Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – for frying
For garnishing Ram Laddu
Radish
Green coriander
Green chutney
Lemon juice or dry mango powder
Method
Now, let’s know what to do first to make Ram Laddu. To make fresh Ram Laddu, first of all, soak chana and moong dal overnight. After soaking overnight, it will swell, so the next day, grind it with ginger, green chilli, salt, and asafoetida. While grinding it, add a little water, because you do not have to dilute it.
After the paste is ready, beat it well. A little baking soda will help it to be prepared well. After the paste is ready, heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, make small balls from the lentil paste and put them in the hot oil.

Now fry it till it becomes golden brown. When it starts turning golden, take it out of the oil. After this, put it on a plate and put grated radish, green coriander, and green chutney on it. Finally, put lemon and spices on it. It is ready, you can serve it now.
