200 grams paneer

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon lemon juice

If you want to make market-like paneer tikka at home, then first of all, add all the spices to the curd and mix in ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Marinate this mixture well on the cubed paneer, onion, and capsicum. You have to keep it marinated for at least half an hour.

1 cup boiled sweet corn
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 boiled potatoes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon green chili and coriander

1 green chilli (finely chopped)

Method

To make bread paneer roll, first prepare the stuffing by mixing paneer, potato, green chilli, coriander, Chat Masala, and salt in a bowl. After the stuffing is ready, now cut the bread slices from the edges and sprinkle some water to moisten them slightly.

After this, place the stuffing on the bread and fold it like a roll. Its edges have to be pressed well; otherwise, it will open. After closing the roll, fry all the rolls in hot oil till they become golden and crispy. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
