Idli is made from many things, and all are liked by people because of their different tastes. Right now, we are talking about idlis made from ragi. It is also very good for health. Ragi contains abundant nutrients. Its consumption can help in controlling blood sugar levels. Eating it also helps in reducing fat. This is a great option for breakfast. Everyone wants breakfast to be full of energy. In such a situation, you can rely on this dish. It is easy to make and does not take much time to prepare. It can also be enjoyed as a snack during the day. Serve it with coconut chutney and sambar.

Ingredients
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Sour curd – 1 cup
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt – according to taste
Water – 1 cup
Method
- First of all, put semolina (rava) in a pan and dry roast it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- After this, take it out in a big vessel and cool it. When the semolina cools down, add ragi flour to it and mix both well.
- Always keep the ratio of ragi and semolina the same. Now add curd and salt as per taste and mix with the help of a spoon.
- Now keep the prepared mixture aside for half an hour. After the stipulated time, take the mixture and add water as per the requirement and mix it properly to prepare the batter.

- Now mix a pinch of baking soda in it. After this, take the idli pot and apply oil in all its compartments.
- After this, pour the prepared idli batter in all the compartments. Now steam the idlis for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- After this, open the pot and check whether the idlis are cooked properly or not. If the idlis are cooked, take the pot off and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- After this, take out all the idlis one by one. Similarly, make ragi idlis from all the batter.
