Rabri Ghevar: Make this delicious dessert at home instead of buying it from the market..

Ingredients

Flour - 200 grams
Desi ghee
Sugar - 400 grams
Milk - 1 liter
Ice cubes
Cream - 1 bowl
Condensed milk - 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice - half teaspoon
Dry fruits - finely chopped

Recipe

- First of all, take ghee in a plate and add ice cubes to it and stir it well. Stir it until ghee turns into butter.

- After this, sieve the flour and add it. To make the batter thin, add water little by little.

- Add some milk to this batter and sieve it. After this, add some lemon juice to the batter.

- Now heat ghee in a pan or a straight-bottomed pan. When the ghee is well heated, slowly pour the batter of Ghevar in it.

- After this, make a hole in the middle with the help of some round thing. When the Ghevar turns golden on both sides and starts cooking, take it out.

- Cook it on low flame, otherwise it may burn. Now on the other hand, make one string syrup and dip these Ghevar in it.

- To make Rabri, put milk and cream in a pan and cook. Now add some condensed milk on top and keep stirring.

- When the milk thickens, mix cardamom powder and sugar in it. When the Rabri thickens well, turn off the gas flame.

- Cool the Rabri and pour it all around the Ghevar. Garnish with finely chopped dry fruits and silver foil on top. Rabri Ghevar is ready.
