Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Half teaspoon asafoetida
2 to 3 large potatoes (boiled)
2 green chilies and coriander leaves finely chopped
150 grams curd
3 cloves garlic chopped
3 cloves garlic and one red dried chili paste
Salt to taste
Method
- First of all, boil the potatoes. After this add garlic and red dried chilli paste, and salt in the curd.
- Now add boiled potato pieces to it. Heat oil in another pan.
- Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and chopped garlic and temper it.

- Then put it in the prepared potato curd. After this add green chillies and coriander leaves on top.
- Then mix all these ingredients well.
- Add a little water so that it is not too thick or too thin. Your raita is ready.
