It's great to have something hot and spicy to eat with your evening tea. Many people enjoy pakoras and samosas at that time. However, sometimes you crave something else but don't think about it. In such a situation, today we are sharing a recipe for a potato bread roll, which you can try as an alternative. It can also be included in the list of special dishes, and when you feel like eating or serving something special, feel free to prepare it. You can also serve it to guests. Ingredients
Potatoes - 5 (boiled)
Bread - 12
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Salt - to taste
Green chilies - 2 (finely chopped)
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Amchur powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder - less than 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
Recipe
First, mash the boiled potatoes well. Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
When the oil is hot, add the green chilies and coriander powder and fry a little.
Then add the mashed potatoes, salt, mango powder, red chili powder, and garam masala and mix well.
Add the coriander leaves and fry thoroughly. The masala potatoes are ready for making rolls. Now, cut off the edges of the bread with a knife.
- Prepare all the bread in the same manner. Meanwhile, when the spiced potatoes cool, divide them into equal portions, shape them into ovals, and place them on a plate.

- Now, take half a cup of water in a plate and dip a piece of bread in the water and immediately remove it.
- Place the soaked bread in your palm and squeeze it with your other palm to remove the water from the bread. Place an oval-shaped potato roll on top of it and fold it over.
- Seal the potato roll by pressing it firmly from all sides. In this way, place all the potato rolls in each bread and place them on a plate.
- Heat oil in a pan. Pick up 2 to 3 prepared rolls and place them in the hot oil. Fry the bread rolls with a spatula until they are brown all around.
- Remove the fried potato bread rolls and place them on a napkin spread on a plate. Fry all the rolls in the same manner. Serve them hot with coriander chutney.
