Ingredients to make Poha Nuggets
Poha (medium): 1 cup
Boiled potatoes: 2 medium size
Finely chopped onion: 1 small
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Green chillies: 1-2 (finely chopped, according to taste)
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Rice flour or gram flour: 2 tablespoons (for binding)
Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: according to taste
Oil: for frying

Method to make Poha Nuggets
First of all, wash the poha thoroughly with water and soak it for 2-3 minutes, so that it becomes soft. Make sure that the poha is not too wet. Drain the water and keep it aside.

After this, mash the boiled potatoes. Now squeeze the soaked poha lightly and mix it with the potatoes.

Add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt to this mixture.

Mix the mixture well. Now add rice flour or gram flour and mix again. This will help in binding the mixture. If the mixture still feels wet, then you can add some more flour.

Grease your hands with a little oil. Now take a little portion of the mixture and make nuggets of the shape of your choice. You can make them round, square, or in any shape of your choice.

Heat oil in a pan. The oil should be hot on a medium flame.

Slowly add nuggets to the hot oil. Fry only as many nuggets at a time as can easily fit in the pan.

Flip the nuggets and fry them until they become golden and crispy. This may take 5-7 minutes.

Drain the fried nuggets on a paper towel to drain out the extra oil.

Serve hot poha nuggets with your favorite green chutney, tomato sauce or tamarind chutney. Believe me, their taste will force you to make them again and again.
