Ingredients for making pizza base
Flour – 1 cup
Yeast – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Milk – for kneading dough
Oil – 1 tbsp

Chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, corn, olive (keeping in mind children’s liking)
Mozzarella cheese
Chilli flakes, mixed herbs
First of all, prepare the base.
To prepare the pizza base, first of all, mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and some oil in a vessel. Now knead the soft dough with the help of milk. Now keep it covered for at least two hours, because yeast takes time to swell. When this dough swells completely, make a ball from it, roll it around, and prepare the base.
Now apply toppings
After making the base, apply pizza sauce on the pizza base. Then, after this, apply toppings and then add mozzarella cheese at the end. Add a little more cheese, because children like pizza with extra cheese.
Cook like this
Now the most important thing is to cook it without an oven, so for that, preheat a thick-bottomed pan and heat it on high. Now, place a mesh inside your pan and then place the plate with pizza on that mesh. Keep in mind that the plate with the pizza should not touch the pan directly. If this happens, the base of the pizza can burn.

After placing the pizza in the pan, cover the pan well with a lid. Now cook on a low flame for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the base becomes crispy. After cooking, add oregano and chilli flakes on top and pizza for children is ready.
